I quit?

NOBODY PANIC but I have a horrible sinking feeling that this might be my last blog post. No, I'm not a suicidal teen (yet) I'm saving that for when my results come out in May. Stop sobbing, ladies, there will be other bloggers.

Hey y'all how's it going? I'm sure that many of you, my vast audience, have come to the  conclusion by now that I am a pretty average teenager. WRONG. While I may be average in some things like my looks, personal hygiene and IQ level, my motivation and determination are equalled only by that of a depressed three year old. I basically have none. If I had been in Chariots of Fire, I would have given up into the first two minutes, sobbing gently at my weakness. 

Why I realized this today morning is because I woke up and tried to write a blog post. I swear I tried. It was going to be witty, slightly self-deprecating, I was going to throw a couple of movie references in there and I was so excited. I almost broke the laptop because I hit the on switch so hard. And then, when I started writing, I realized that I am about as funny as a stale piece of cheese. I make those horrible sitcoms look hilarious. And that is basically when I thought, you know what, screw this, I'm not posting anything today.

I swear, this is what happens every single time I start something. A couple of years ago, I signed up for a gymnastics class and after the third week I had to be dragged, screaming, away from the car and into the building. At the beginning of tenth standard I had decided to study every single day and get above 95 in every subject. By the middle of the year I was back to mindlessly looking at Facebook wall photos and texting so hard my thumbs joined a union and held a strike. I don't know if this is a teenage thing or just a me thing but, I'll be honest, it makes me feel pretty rubbish.
